A treatment system creates value not on the day it is installed but for as long as it is maintained regularly. Filters and membranes become saturated over time; on a line where maintenance is postponed, first the water quality drops, then the flow and energy efficiency. That is why we leave a written maintenance schedule with every project at handover.
Periodic maintenance covers the replacement of sediment and carbon cartridges, a membrane performance test, inspection and disinfection of the resin bed, a check of the brine tank for salt bridging, cleaning of valves and injectors, and measurement of hardness and conductivity in the product water.
In the event of a fault, our expert technical team responds as quickly as possible. All the spare parts we use are original; the size mismatches and premature clogging common with non-original parts do not occur, and the warranty remains valid.
The maintenance interval is not a fixed calendar; it is recalculated when water hardness, daily consumption or operating hours change. For facilities switching from mains water to well water or increasing their capacity, reviewing the settings is the first thing to do.
