The water needs of businesses vary greatly depending on the production process and the character of the local water. That is why we do not offer industrial treatment systems as off-the-shelf packages but design them separately for each facility. The process starts with an analysis of the raw water and the determination of the daily flow and peak consumption values.
Based on the analysis, filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and disinfection stages are configured only as far as needed and in the right order. Too many stages mean unnecessary investment and operating costs; too few mean shorter membrane and resin life. The right balance can only be struck through measurement.
For the equipment, we use pressure-resistant vessels, certified food-contact resins and membranes that meet international standards. The level of automation is set as manual, time-controlled or fully automatic according to the facility's shift pattern and operator capacity.
Commissioning, operator training and a periodic maintenance plan after installation are also part of the service. For us, high efficiency, low energy consumption and long life are measured not on the day the project is handed over, but when the system is still performing as on day one years later.
