Privacy policy and privacy notice
As Today Arıtım Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, we process the personal data of people who visit our website, fill in our forms or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (including employees applying on behalf of a company) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). In line with Article 10 of the KVKK, this notice explains what data we collect and why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the site forms, cookies, phone, WhatsApp and email. Site and email data are stored on servers in Türkiye.
Who do we share it with?
- Service providers
Companies in Türkiye that provide our site hosting, email and software maintenance; only to the extent the service requires and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Google
Only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies (Analytics, Tag Manager). As its servers are abroad, this transfer is based on your explicit consent (Art. 9); you can withdraw your consent in the cookie settings.
- WhatsApp (Meta)
Only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp. The correspondence is processed on Meta's servers abroad, and Meta's own privacy terms also apply.
- Authorised bodies and lawyers
Public institutions and bodies authorised by law, and our lawyers in legal proceedings; only where a legal obligation or the protection of a right requires it.
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. We do not send you commercial electronic messages such as campaigns or newsletters without your consent.

How can you exercise your rights?
You can submit your request, stating your full name, Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number if you are a foreign national), address and contact details, by a wet-signed petition to Cihangir Mh. E-5 Yanyol, Londra Asfaltı Cd. B Blok No:291/1 İç Kapı No:11, Avcılar / Istanbul, or send it to info@todayaritim.com.tr with a secure electronic signature or from the email address you have previously notified to us. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find our response insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of our response.

Security and retention
Site traffic is carried over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); only our authorised staff can access the data; the forms are protected against automated submissions. Data whose retention period has expired is periodically erased, destroyed or anonymised.
